The origin
The relationships were builtbefore the skyline was.
Our family entered Dubai real estate in the 1990s, when much of what the world now recognises was still drawings and sand. The relationships formed then — with the people who plan, build and hand over this city — were never a business strategy. They accumulated the way trust does: one kept commitment at a time, across three decades.
Those decades included the corrections. Anyone can look experienced in a rising market; the down years are what teach a family what this market forgives and what it does not. That is where the patience in our advice comes from.
