How we work
Initial conversation — free of charge, non-binding. We assess your investment goals, your structuring environment and your timing. You receive a frank read on whether Dubai fits your portfolio right now — and in what form.
Allocation memo — two or three concrete off-plan allocations from our direct pipeline, with the developer's own price list, sub-phase analysis and comparable DLD transaction history. No marketing material, an institutional memo.
Mandate execution — reservation, SPA negotiation, DLD registration, DACH-bank transfer. We coordinate both sides — Dubai and DACH — in the client's language, with end-to-end documentation.
